I have had correspondence with Lexus since March, 2022. I also wrote to Mr. M. Templin, Lexus Division in Plano, TX and never had a response from him. All documentation was sent to him and the following at Lexus, Darcars, Englewood

Arianna LaMarca, Eric Kim, Tony Dave, Rino Lacerra, Mina Gharib, David Doll and Trevor Warwick. All denied my claim for reimbursement of a transmission.

I have every record of service since I purchased vehicle in 2016 and never once was transmission fluid checked or transmission checked! I bought in car for service January 17, 2022 for a total of $631.24 (no transmission fluid checked) and February 28, 2022 car broke down to transmission buckling, black bluid, bucking and dropping out of gear. Darcars refused to repair/replace because they said car was out of warranty, even though all the years was never checked and I paid for all the services.

I waited months to hear from Plano TX and never did. I will now go on every social media platform I can and inform them of this service and to never purchase a Lexus vehicle. I have informed all my co=workers, family and friends of this incident and they have promised never to purchase from Lexus.

Shame on you. Shoddy service and shoddy vehicle! Never Again.
