Why can I not leave a review on someone's account for wasting my time, not showing up I know he has several bad reviews for doing the same to others but he also had good reviews (for being the seller). I can only leave a review on the person I sold to now. I think others should be able to review the buyer as well as the ones that made selling it take longer and wasting others time.

Annoying representative named Allison. I keep getting unwanted messages from her constantly all throughout the day. It is very annoying. I blocked her messages and still get them. I do not need or want any help from her selling my things. Thanks please fix this problem. Is there a number I can call to get this matter fixed qyicker!? I am tired of getting messages from this lady. I don't need help selling my things!

This user Has stolen my Personal Gaming info and he was supposed to trade me his item I warned that will report him to the cops and we talked about this time over time and I keep telling him to bring me my stuff because I have no transportation so he lies and says he coming in 45 mins an hour later he says he was texting me which he didn't and then just says he doesn't want to do it even do I did my part of bargain im really frustrated about this please do something

Letgo is great at making community connections and providing a platform to post and find used goods. However, their website functionality is seriously lacking.

"Chat" just 100% doesn't work. You click it and after a brief flash of the "https://us.letgo.com/en/chat" in the address bar, it immediately directs you back to the main listings page.

Complaint #2, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to leave a review. I got a great food processor, easy to work with seller, wanted to give him 5 stars, but there's seriously no way to do it from an iPhone or the website! I'll try and see if I can figure it out on an android later, but that's a major oversight.

Ive been the victim of a scam through Letgo.com. An unknown person has expressed interest in buying my car for $3, 144. The unknown scam artist from [protected] sent me 3 fraudulent checks for more than what I asked for.

The first check was for $5, 080 from All Access International, 271 E North Ave, Glendale Hts, IL [protected] with the senders address as CHUI Mobile Mechanics LLC, 1814 19 Street, Sacramento, CA [protected].
The second check was for $5080 coming from the same address. The third check came from a different address of PLS Logistics Service, Cranberry Business Park, Bldg 110, 3120 Unionville Rd, Cranberry TWP, PA 16066 with PNC Bank N.A. Pittsburg, PA 15219 from address of CHUI Mobile Mechanics LLC, 36329 County Route 46, Theresa, NY [protected].

The person told me to take out 3, 144 for the car and send the remaining balance to Fydell Nick Rocha, Amarillo, TX. Therefore, Ive sent Fydell Nick Rocha in Amarillo TX $1, 050. I was also instucted by an unknown scam artist involved in fraud of text messages from [protected] to send $600 to a fake address to Stephanie Weiss at 338 E Shaulis Rd Indianola, Iowa, 50125 through money graham.

I already contacted the company to permanently delete my account Because the amount of notifications I was getting after I listed something was ridiculous. The notifications were never because someone contacted me it was because something I looked at was changing price and it resembles something I looked at or searched. Now fast forward MONTHS after I have permanently deleted my account. Now I am receiving an email with stuff to look at that they think I would be interested in. I click on unsubscribe and it wants me to download the app. What a racket. I couldn't have subscribed if I do no have an account . I'm furious they need a class action suit

I no longer want there service. I deleted it from my Facebook account, hit the unsubscribed button, deleted my app. But I'm still getting emails. Please stop these. LET ME GO. I get email 2 to 4 times a day. I want this all to STOP. The new system where you are looking at something and then it automatically clicks "Your interested ". STOP IT IM JUST LOOKING. PLEASE JUST LET ME GO!

I keep getting posts from Allison on the items I am selling. They are insulting and I want them to stop. I first replied to Allison asking who she is, with no response or explanation. Then I clicked on her name and found that she works for Letgo and says she is there is help sell things. I replied to her post about wanting to repost one of the items I am selling and I told her to STOP making posts like this. Again, no response. I then sent another reply this morning asking her to at least respond that she has received my post to leave my posts alone and she replied that she re-posted my items! I WANT HER TO LEAVE MY POSTS ALONE. DO NOT RESPOND TO THEM AND DON'T TRY TO HELP MY SELL MY THINGS! I have been selling items online for years now and DON'T want her help. I would like a respond and an apology from Allison. If she continues, I will find a way to reach the CEO of Letgo and try to get her fired. I AM SERIOUS! Thank you, Margo & Richard Leonard

Sad and sad!
My son found an iphone for sale on let go app. He reached out to the seller and negociated on the price and a place to meet. After negociation, my son drove his car and took his little brother and sister along with him to go pay for the phone and get it. The seller arrived, pulled his gun, shot and killed my son in front of my kids. He grabbed the money and run. My son was 18.
Heartbroken!

I keep getting messages from someone named Alison who wants to repost my items for me and cancel my listing. I feel this is a scam and do not want to deal with her. Please contact her and straighten this out. Thank you!

Our address has been used in multiple scams from customers using your app to sell their items on your platform. It has been reported to the USPS but they are receiving checks from our address so that the scammer can trace their banking information. We have had over 20 that we know of and it has been disruptive to our business due to the influx of calls and complaints. Obviously this has nothing to do with our company and have no idea why or how our address and business name are being used.

I messaged Luke to ask how old his Macbook was, and he responded with foul language and abusive return messages. This happened in the early hours of June 28, 2018. He didn't seem to know how old his Macbook was, but asked if I was "tryna" "bye" it. I said I need more information, and he cursed at me for wasting his time, seemed to make up a year for the computer, and then cursed at me again when I said I didn't want to buy it. He sent a total of 3 abusive messages to me. I was hoping to report him to LetGo, but this seems to be a different website. If that's the case, then Let Go doesn't seem to have an easily accessible way to report abusive messages or sellers.

I have 4 cars that are listed on let go and they are scams I have contacted ebay and let them know about this because the transaction was suppose to go through ebay motors. I have the emails and would like to forward them to you and you can deal with this scam problem. Please let me know where you want them sent they have the information on them and pictures. Thank you.

I read a msg thru Letgo about the above truck. Any time I tried to chat it would not go through & said to try again. The listing had an email address so I emailed the seller. There was a sob story about son that died and they had to sell because of memories. I was told to send them my name, address etc to them and they would forward to ebay motors to complete the deal. Below is the last email received:

The truck is located at eBay warehouse in Nebraska headquarters, in the container, sealed and ready for shipping. Also the price is low $1, 500 because I want a fast deal, the truck belonged to my son and it brings me bad memories. Like I told, the truck is in perfect condition with clear title, no liens or loans. All the documents including the title and the bill of sale with my signature on it, will come along with the truck and it will take no more than 1-2 days to arrive at your address.

The transaction will be made thru eBay Motors because they can protect both of us and they also offer 5 days inspection period. You'll have 5 days to inspect, test and drive the truck before decided to keep it or not. If the vehicle is not like I described, you'll ship it back on my expense and they will give you a full refund. eBay will hold the funds until you receive the truck with all the papers work. Only after you confirm them that you wanna keep the truck they will release me the funds.in this way, you will be able to inspect the vehicle before committing to buy it.
If you want to start the transaction with eBay just reply me with your full name, full shipping address, your phone number and email address then they will contact you with further instructions.

Really sounds like a scam to me. Hopefully you can do something with this

Not sure what is going. I have items posted for sale. When I get a message from someone that is interested and I go to chat. It tells me I have no chat messages. It shows that I have 6 messages. Cannot answer anyone asking about the items I have for sale. Please help. Also tells me to retry and still getting an error message. Do you have any idea when this issue will be fixed.

My name is Donna Nixon I am saling items on site we went with my Grandson 18 to meet this young man who said he had no transportation. When we go to his place he told us to park next to this white car. Then he text their was a gun pointed at us so to put the items he wanted on the car or we were going to be shot. What kind of mess is this I pull out drove away inform him I was call 911. Lucky their was a police officer in the area . I feel you should investigate and take John off the site before someone really gets hurts.

Unfortunately I was being scammed by a person in Letgo app. The phone was cheap and everything looked fine. After I took it home and paid in cash, I noticed the phone was locked by Sprint and the person lied about selling an unlocked phone. The phone is still under sprint contract and the owner can claim it back or report is as stolen. I tried to reach to the guy to return the phone but he did not answer. Letgo app is responsibly for this by not verifying the members. The app should be more secured and transactions should be through the app. As you can see in the picture, the seller is not verified at all.
I hope they close the app or change the security system.

Be careful doing business with a guy supposedly named "Richard Becks". Tries to push you to do transaction through PayPal. I told him no, cash only. Now I am blocked. He was probably afraid I'd report him!

I am in Central Illinois, and he claimed to be interested in a couch set I was selling. Next to his name, it said Atlanta (which we do have in Illinois). Turns out it was actually Atlanta, Georgia! Obviously someone will not travel that far to pick up an used couch...

Whoever it is likely already has a new name and picture...but PLEASE be cautious and insist on cash only transactions to protect yourself. People can send money via PayPal, let it clear, and STILL cancel the transaction (claim to have never received item), and PayPal can refund them the money!

A guy named Vino said he was selling brand new white Beats headphones. Said they just needed to be charged. He blatantly lied and sold a broken product. Pick up was is Lanham, Md. at the Wegman's - Woodmore Sopping Center. He's a liar and I don't want anyone else to be scammed. Once I gave him the $80 cash he blocked me shortly thereafter. Karma is a beautiful thing.

I don't understand what is going on here as I traded that user Michael my 2004 Yamaha Zuma scooter for his 1995 Arctic Cat Snowmobile and he ripped me off and constantly lied to me as well as in the feedback he left me as well as in the listing for the Zuma in which he resold it for a huge profit, I never lied to him at all in fact not only is he the liar but he's the one who made out like a bandit as he said he wanted the Zuma for himself only to instantly resell it for $1, 650.00 and even wrote in listing he would trade for a snowmobile...obviously a UCD more valuable one then the POS he pawned off on me, so when the snowmobile I got from him had an engine/clutch failure in just 10 miles in which I sold it for a lousy $450.00 and even before the mechanical issue arose it was only worth about half the value of the Zuma to begin with at the most which was he asking price of between $600 on CL and $900 on Letgo and couldn't sell it, I know I made a mistake by not researching the true value and high demand of the Yamaha Zuma I stupidly traded him but for him and his partner in crime dad that came with him as well as Letgo to screw me over so bad in soooo many ways is just horrible like throwing salt in my wounds and kicking me while I'm down‼️
Anyway the real problems are the facts that just because at first I had second thoughts of trading him and he had to come back a second time to do so he wound up leaving me 4/5 stars which knocked my feedback down to 4/5 stars even though I had 4 other 5 star feedbacks.
So I just recently realized that as well as reading his description on the Zuma he got from me and resold and noticed he lied several times over stating it was his brothers and it was 100% family owned since new in 2004 when clearly in black & white that's not true as he got it used from me not to mention I was like the 3rd owner too, he also lied by stating where he bought it new at a dealership as well as stating he always used Yamalube synthetic oil since new ...you can obviously see everything I'm mentioning by viewing our sold items, that is everything except the Zuma before I traded him as I didn't have it listed.
And now after noticing all the lies and feedback hit I took from him I just yesterday left him 1 star and an hones comment stating what he had done and not only did it not affect and lessen his feedback score as it stayed at 5/5 stars even the only had 1 other feedback of 5 stars which makes no sense but I checked it today to see if it just took time to knock down his score and was shocked to see my feedback was totally gone and removed which again makes no sense just like the fact that anybody at any time can change the feedback they left someone and on that note after I left him that feedback he instantly changed the feedback he left me down to just 1 star and added a lying comment saying I'm the liar which is obviously not true.

This is all insane so please at the very least remove the feedback he left me as well and maybe warning him and/or suspending his account or even removing it would be appropriate I believe.

And now when I attempt to leave him feedback again it states failure and doesn't work even though he hasn't blocked me which wouldn't matter anyway.

So that's the message I sent LEGO via the message help feedback... link at the bottom of the tools page where it says to do so if need be as I'm guessing that jerk did to get his feedback quickly overnight removed which never should have been removed so let's see if and when they do the same for me the true victim⁉️
