Lending Club/Comenity Bank review: payments

I am getting tired of having my monthly payments raised by this company. Even though, according to them, my account is in a delinquent status, it is because I am unable to pay the minimum amount that they are asking! I am not happy with them at all, but I do not want to talk to anyone over the phone about it, because they don't try to help me and I have tried that before! I am not going to pay $383.00, which they day is the next payment due! I have tried explaining to them that I am having financial hardship, but they don't care, and like I said, they don't try to help! I can only make small payments right now! I got this loan to help pay for my husband's dental work, because our insurance that we had at the time wouldn't help pay for it, and it was the only way to pay for it! Now I regret ever having done business with Lending Club! The dentist ripped us off, too! If Lending Club would lower my monthly payments, it would make it easier instead of charging me fees or whatever else they charge! If I can't pay the amount that they are asking, then I will just pay what I can. It is very unfair and not acceptable for them to keep raising the monthly payments if I can't pay the minimum amount! If I had the full amount to pay them off, I would, but I can't.
