The Len plumber technician Informed me I needed additional shutoff from the kitchen faucet because he did want to come back to the faucet leaking. I informed the customer I would be given a veteran discount I have called several times and Len's manager has not called back to discuss my issues since 13 Jul 2023. I know I was taken advantage of as a senior and a veteran. I can't locate the additional shutoff installed for ($415.00) near the kitchen faucet when the technician was with me nor did he try to show me the exact location. I do not need one because I already have two shutoff valves at the bottom of the kitchen cabinet for the hot and cold water which are connected to the main water shutoff. I was overcharged for a replacement of a kitchen faucet and an additional shutoff valve.
Desired outcome: refund of overcharging of over $1,101.00 - $686.00 for kitchen faucet replacement-BALT-KITFAUCETI1002 - $415.00 - Balt-CustomTask-2.0-0000 and $6.69 for len the plumber agreement.
