I bought nice pants at Legit boulders shopping centre on Monday 09 October

Large size thinking it's will fit me because I've bought same design but blue same size before unfortunately when I get home I double checked my blue one to check if the sizes are the same ...oh yes they both Large n the new one was purple đź’ś owk cool pack it on my closet with the plastic n slip ..then Friday the 13th of 0ctober after bathing in the morning around about 8h30 finished bathing I'm trying the pants on coz I want to wear it at work ..I try it on unfortunately doesn't fit me ..owk cool I pack it inside the Legit plastic with the slip n take it to work so after work I can just pass by n exchange or return if I can't find my size around about 17h40 I meet dis lady by the door the one who was by the till that day . She said no go by the till they will help u . Went by the till find onother lady she ask if I want exchange or refund . Then I asked her if she got XL she checked n say yes den I was like to her I doubt the Xl will fit because I have the same pants in blue n I bought it here n it's fit me but it Large. Then she's like ok cool I want a refund. I said yes . She den called the manager who was so rude n mean . The manager came n start looking at the pants telling me that dis pants is dirty n I'm the one who made it dirty ...I'm no I bought it like dis u can ask the lady who helped me that day ..seen den said some awful words which I can not understand with her language..I told her I don't understand u . She repeat again saying they don't sell dirty clothes mind u the pants is not even dirty it's just a very small dot n was not the one who put that dot ...I'm there now trying to explain n defend myself mean while she's busy shouting at me n customers are watching I'm embarrassed now n disrespected calling me names whith a language I don't even understand then after she called the lady who was at the till when I bought the pants she asked her was the pants dirty when I bought n the lady replied saying she ddnt check it. Then she went n fetch another same pants comparing with the one I came to exchange..she's asking me if I see the difference n I told her dis pants are just the same n the lady who helped me that day took both pants n checked them only to find out that they both have some dots n she was mad telling the lady that she's now defending me. She took the pants n throw it n left...I was so mad . I felt disrespected,humiliated in fronts of other customers because everyone was there looking now n the other lady refunded me n I left crying because what have I done wrong...was it wrong of me to buy from legit Midrand. She really can't be a manager treating customers n employees like that. Her attitude stinks

Desired outcome: She must be fired you can't treat customers like that n your employees...I need an apology...from her ....my dignity..I can't I'm angry .
