Thank you for your comment. It is sad to see how you treat your Employer that was so good to you and are still good to you even after you Resigned with No Notice Period but with immediate effect as you said you needed to go home immediately as your newborn had a skin disease.
We respected and supported your decision and still gave you and advance on your Salary. If you remember clearly we paid your salary the day after you resigned with immediate effect AND there was in actual no need for us to do it as payments are done month end.
Tabang then you still asked if you can come back to work for us when you are done sorting out your personal situations.
