Lee / Lee Website review: Lee men's jeans - Lee website

We ordered mens Lee jeans for my husband. on line with Lee, as we could only find two pair in the store, and these seemed similar. I am very savvy for ordering on line. I know what I am doing. We check and double check everything. We ordered 34X29. Period. Guess what they sent - 29X34. The minute we got the email confirmation I noted the error and called - too bad they said it was already being mailed out. They didn't even attempt to stop it. It wasn't in the process of being mailed out! I said that isn't what we ordered and we went with waist 34 length 29 on the website. That I distinctly remember the grayed out sizes and a 29 waist was one grayed out. My husband has never worn any pant smaller than a 34 waist and a 30 long. It was basically too bad for us, and we can return but they deduct for shipping. I told them that that wasn't ethical since it was the website that was all messed up. That they sent us the wrong ones. They wouldn't admit it was their website issue/their mistake. We returned right away upon receiving and it took almost a month for the refund, and yup they deduced $7.00 for return shipping. This was our first order, and it will certainly be our last. Can't trust the information on their website, they don't care that they were in error, and they need that $7.00 more than returning to the customer for their error. So Lee, keep that $7.00. I would not recommend shopping on their website. On and now the faded out sizes have been replaced with the option to buy. so they fixed the problem but didn't acknowledge it was their error. Some of the other problems with their website they couldn't recognize our zip code - wouldn't take our home address. (we have been at this address/zip code for over 20 years!). So we had to have them sent to our P.O. Box. Total waste of time and money. Avoid this website.
