I have been sending emails and tried to call the South African office with no-one answering the phone….. I received the learning material from Learn To Trade and called them to tell them, I was no longer interested, also because their customer service wasn't very efficient. To-date I have received no acknowledgement or response…Please assist. Thank You.

Please cancel my subscription and refund me. From the 16th February 2022, I've been unable to access my demo account, yet on the 15th of February my account was debited.
The service I paid for is not as described or how it was sold to me. I am paying for a service that I can't use.
I queried this via email and have received no response.
I would appreciate all my monies returned to me, as I questioned..., more than once, before signing up, why am I paying for anything, as it was said during the webinar that it would be free. I decided to go ahead and give it a chance, but I see, what I thought I'm paying for and what I've got is totally not matching up.
Please assist me to resolve this matter before I approach my bank to intervene.
