LeafFilter Gutter Protection review: Gutter guards

I had the full gutter protection installed. After a heavy rain noticed that there were 2 areas where the water drained from adjoining gutters ran over the gutters leaving large puddles along my house and soaking into the ground along the underground structure. I call and they set an inspection out 2 weeks. The inspector came out took pictures and said he'd get someone to address the issue. I waited a week and called back on a Monday. They said the inspector had reported he fixed the problem and the case was closed. I told them he did nothing and wanted an actual installer to come out and look at the problem. They said they could set me up 3 weeks out. I said that was not good enough and needed a local agent to call me. They said that they would have someone call me by the end of the day or the next day for sure. No call by Wednesday so I called again they said the same thing. No call that day so I called again Thursday, no call back. I called again Friday, they apologized and said they get very busy and call as soon as they are able. Said they again put in a ticket for a call. They put me in the calendar for 3 weeks out again but I said not good enough and I didn't just want an inspector but an actual installer so they could see the problem and come up with a solution. I am very disappointed as I expected better from this company.
