Gary Martin Hays & Associates, PC., IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST LAW FIRMS, I've ever known; they totally screwed up my workers comp. case, don't believe the bull**** on their tv commercials; like Eicholz (an embezzler & conman), this attorney will royally mess up your case, and hang you out to dry.. They had a nerve to screw up my case & then drop me as a client, when I voiced my concerns about them not returning my phone calls?! I soon discovered that other clients were pissed with Gary Hayes, and were suing him for losing their cases or for his law firm acting unprofessionally & unethical legal practices.. You will be definately sorry if you hire Gary Martin Hays & Associates!

I hired Mr Hays and his firm roughly 8 months ago to represent myself in a workers comp case. My case is now coming to an end. Mr Lucas Griffin was assigned to my case. He has kept in constant contact with me thru this whole process.im very pleased with the service I have received and they have done everything they told me they would do. I believe you are the one that is not only "lousy and incompetent", but a fraud! We have never represented a "Jody Laverne" in any workers' compensation claim - nor any other type of case for that matter. Your incompetence is further illustrated by your inability to even spell my name correctly. By looking at all the other complaints you have lodged against other companies, one can easily assume you are an angry individual, frustrated at the world, because you don't always get your way. Client satisfaction is always my goal and we do our best to keep our clients fully informed throughout the entire process. This may be their first time going through a personal injury or wrongful death claim, but not ours. We have never, and will never, engage in unethical, unprofessional, or illegal practices. The 27, 000 + satisfied clients since 1993 are our best testament to the quality of work we perform. If we dropped you as a client, there were legitimate reasons for doing so. Everyone has the right to have an attorney, they just don't have the right to have me or my firm be their attorney. If I don't believe in them or their case, we will not handle their claim. Period.
