Lauren Gallery review: Misrepresentation of Qing Wang Bu vase

On January 3, 2026, I won and paid for a "Qing Wang Bu Blue and White Vase." In describing the vase, the seller states that "...followed with WangBu artist's signature and iron-red seals on the upper left side. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty."

The reign mark is there but there are no "iron-red seals" anywhere on the vase, nor are the two blue seals even close to matching Wang Bu's signature and studio mark. A follow-up inquiry about whether this vase was truly by Wang Bu, or rather attributed to Wang Bu, was completely ignored. Lauren Gallery has a history of such piracy and should not be allowed to auction on your site. I want a refund of the lot price, the buyers premium, and the shipping cost.
