This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

This motorsports dealership is fairly horrible overall. The sales associates usually stand around and talk to each other and are generally indifferent or inattentive to customers. The prices and all the added markups, freight fees, dealer prep fees, etc. are absolutely outrageous. The parts and service department is also horrible. They take way to long to try look up a particular picture of a part on their outdated system even when you tell them what the part is and/or give them the part number. They refuse to give you the part number even though you can google it anyway because they believe you will go and try to buy it someone else. They are right, because everywhere else has it cheaper and with much better customer service than Langston Motorsports. The parts department also never has the part in stock and always has to special order, but then they forgot and make some customers drive in from far locations to not get anything. The service department is similarly horrible also, they overcharge for all of the repairs and don't complete them all thoroughly as you would expect and pay for. Thankfully, the simply solution and/or antidote to Langston Motorsports' reprehensible customer service is to simply go to Temecula Motorsports, where you always get prompt, courteous efficient service at a great price.

Alfredo is the most wonderful salesperson ever to exist on the face of this earth. Can you see my nose growing now?

Evidently, Richard Higginbotham, who filed an employement law case against Langaston Motorsports, was actually fired based upon it "not working out" because they found out subsequently he was a convicted felon who really wasn't somone who didn't do anything, no a constructive discharge . . .

I was told that Richard Higginbotham made up a faked case of a constructive discharge based upon phony labor related violations simply because Langaston Motosports was too far away from where he lived in San Bernardino. Also, he made a faked Linkedin profile to show his as a Sales Manager at Richardson RV in the same general area to make it appear that it wasn't too far away. Richard Higginbotham's employment lawsuit is completely bogus, false fabricated and without any merit whatseover. Both Langaston Motorsports and Richardson RV es too far away . . .
