Landmark Dodge review: 2014 dodge ram 1500

I took 2014 1500 for Oil change (includes multipoint inspection) and tire rotation on Jun 23rd 2021. Tech recommended to get Break oil Flush and couple other services. I approved the services and I received my truck back the next day. I drove it home 3 miles from the service center and parked it. I drove again on Saturday evening at 8p and hear some noise coming from the breaks. I had to get to TN for business trip so I had end up driving the truck. I came back and took the Truck back to dealership for them to check the noise on Wednesday Jun 30th 2021. Spoke with Manager Scott regard to an issue. I never had any break issue prior to the service nor any cracking noise. I told manager that noise started after the service and work is not being done right. I dropped the truck for more diagnosis. I received a call from tech and telling me that I need new rear break and rotor since rotor has been scrubbed bad. Never had breaks issue prior to the service, within 10 miles, started hearing noise from the breaks. now, manager is saying that I need a new rear breaks and rotor. I am not sure if this a gimmick or trick to get your money but something was not done right. all sudden I need a new breaks and nothing was mention during the oil change service during multipoint inspection.
