Bradley Street Apartments owned by Cobalt Management Company is a mess. I've been living here since May and I've had to deal with no water, hot water, AC, or gas for the stove and heat. The mailboxes are also busted and USPS won't deliver until they're fixed. It's almost Christmas and I can't deal with their lazy responses, bad repair people, no communication, or their lack of care for tenants. I need to send and get mail, and Cobalt's answer of "contact USPS" is not good enough.

Landlord Service Bureau, Inc. is a lifesaver! My apartment complex, Bradley Street Apartments, is owned by Cobalt Management Company and they are just plain bad. I moved in January 2022 and I've had to deal with no water, no hot water, no AC, and no gas for the stove and heat. And now, the mailboxes are falling apart and USPS won't even deliver until they're fixed. It's almost Christmas and I can't deal with Cobalt's lazy attitude, bad repairs, no communication, and no compensation for all the trouble. I need my mail and Cobalt's response of "talk to USPS" is useless. But Landlord Service Bureau, Inc. came to the rescue and helped me get my mail and get Cobalt to fix the problems.
