A true nightmare trying to buy a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and wife
The nightmare started December 2018 when I order two bottles and these unfortunately Lancôme shipped to the wrong city even though they have my billing address correct.
After 26.5 hours and over 11 phone calls and a trip to UPS I never got my package… they return my money with no problems
I tried to re-order a few days ago and again ended up with no product in my hand even though I had four (4x)pending postings in my PayPal account and four (4x) pending postings in my Visa account.😐. Lancôme system kept telling me to retry until it blocked me from ordering for 30 days.. my wife tried to order and again she found out the same thing - cannot order because our billing address have been blocked..
We try to work with laancome so they could get someone smart enough to Maneuver their order system but they refuse
So bottom line after 30 hours plus of effort we got zero product in our hands
My suggestion two others is to find another brand.. Not Lancôme
