Diamond Resorts review: gave room with people in, 3 times

They gave us a room that had people living in it. We went back to the desk, and they gave us another room. The second room was almost as far away as possible. As we open the door, there is a lady standing there with her suitcase, she said they just called her and changed her room so she was just finishing packing up. The bellhop brings our stuff to our room, and while we are getting the stuff off the cart here comes 2 ladies that say they just got checked into this room, I even checked the key numbers, I cant understand how this can happen with computers and everything., Oh ya, lets not forget about the $16 a day for parking while you stay there, even though we are owners, No Internet service in rooms only 3 computers in lobby. (little old fashioned for a new resort) Best thing about this trip, I won at the casino...
