There are 8 units in my building 2500 only 4 of us remain there has been a rats infestation since last year per another tenant my first time experiencing the rats in my unit was March and still the problem have not been resolved.

Contact is limited with management sent many emails only get a response weeks later. Alerted code enforcer and still no contact.

Desired outcome: To be free of RATS!
