I called a year ago because rates kept increasing. I realize costs go up but under the agreement a service like a lock bar should not go up. There is no annual maintenance or cost to it. The sales man was rude and kept arguing without listening a bit. With their latest increase I am now paying well over 50% more for all services including the lock bar on my dumpster then previously. My service agreement is almost up so when I called recently the same salesman changed his tune completely and now wants me to sign another agreement with a fixed 3 year rate at the original cost I had signed up for. I asked how that is possible since he kept telling me they lost money if they don’t increase the rates like they are doing but somehow going back to my original cost wouldn’t lose them money? Clearly LRS agreements are only to benefit LRS and they will screw you any way they can so I wouldn’t trust that agreement one bit. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he is very busy so he may call later or may not. They wouldn’t give me a phone number or a timeline of when to expect a call.
