Laced review: Damaged trainers received 2

This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I used https://www.laced.co.uk to order a pair of Air Force 1’s and when they arrived they were damaged and so was the box and packaging.

I contacted Laced using their only form of contact which is their email address [protected]@laced.co.uk and they have taken 2 weeks to inform me I cannot return the trainers because it is out of their 14 day returns period.

On top of this they claim their should have been a laced tag on the trainers which there was not which means they clearly did NOT quality check these trainers and now they will not take them back.

Stay away from Laced, they are a scam company and even their address they have on their website is not a real address which is 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR

Their company number is [protected] and their registered address which is 42 Cudworth Road, Ashford, Kent, England, TN24 0BG is their accountants address so as you can see they will not disclose their actual address!

Desired outcome: I want to return the trainers and receive a full refund
