Kuhn Flowers review: flowers

Poor quality work and horrific customer service! One week prior to my daughters prom I placed an order for a corsage and boutonniere for her date. The prices was $95.00, very expensive but Prom was special. I picked out some mini roses and stephanotis flowers with blue ribbon and rhinestones. I provided a wrist cuff for the corsage, the florist suggested a magnet to attach the boutonniere flowers to avoid pins. Awesome, I said, the magnet would be covered with greenery, flowers, rhinestones, and some ribbon to match my daughters corsage. $95.00 seemed to be well spent because these flowers would be beautiful. Well, I have no words that could describe the absolute garbage that Kuhn Florist delivered. Live flowers hot glued, half dead, yellowing on the edges to the magnet. No mini roses, No rhinestones, nothing but two small stephanotis that did not cover the magnet which looked like a silver plate sitting on his lapel. She was so embarrassed and I was so disgusted that I went to the florist, I confronted the crew of four that were working on what appeared to be hundreds of corsages. I asked them what had happened to the rhinestones, roses, flowers and greenery. Where was the beautiful corsage that was described because what was received was garbage. A male florist emerged and began to reprimanding me for having too high expectations. No explanation was given, but it was obvious that this greedy florist took on more orders than he could fill and just started to glue flowers in a panic The customer service doesn't exists, quality is beyond poor. If you value your time, money and want your flowers to last and look good for any occasion not just a special occasion, then save your money and go to Fresh Market, Winn Dixie or Publix which have a little florist area with ten times the quality and customer service that Kuhn Florist. Stay Away from this Florist they are unprofessional and quality they offer is way below what should be allowed by any professional florist.
