Kris D.replacement parts for hampton bay umbrella #yjaf052

I purchased a Hampton Bay Umbrella Model #YJAF052 last July. Yesterday, wind of 10 mph broke one of the ribs. I called Hampton Bay and they don't offer replacement ribs. The only thing that they can do for me is to order me a new umbrella top $120.00 and charge me another $80.00 for shipping to ship the top to Michigan. I will never purchase another Hampton Bay product again. This is very poor service.
