Kove, Lasership & NBC Today Show's Steals & Deals review: Charged for item but not delivered

I ordered & paid for Noise Cancelling Headphones, and 3 other items. All items but the headphones were delivered to my mailbox.

Lasership has delivered my package with the headphones to the wrong address & I cannot get any help from Today's Steals & Deals, Lasership or Kove.

It is so frustrating when I'm treated like a crook when my credit card has paid for the item & someone else has the headphones, but never bothered to let Lasership know their driver is inadequate for their job.

I have had no satisfaction from the 3 companies.

I will never order from them again & will advise everyone possible that the customer service is horrible. I hope Kove, Lasership, NBC Steals & Deals & the thief with the headphones have a nice Christmas.
