Scam, refusing to return the clothing which didn’t fit, offering some money back in return but not the full amount.
I bought three pieces of clothing from Klynu. None of them fit me and I reached out to Customer Service for a return slip. They informed me that it would cost them too much to ship the articles back to Dubai and offered me $18 with the option of keeping the clothes. I declined the offer and they offered me $45 with the option of keeping the clothes. Since the articles of clothing were $90 I wanted my full refund and declined the offer. They then offered me $46 with the option of keeping the clothing. They told me it would be too expensive to ship the articles of clothing back to Dubai, However, on their website it clearly states that refunds are acceptable.
Desired outcome: However, on their website it clearly states that refunds are acceptable. I would like to return the clothes and receive a full refund.
How do you contact customer service?
I'm in the process of trying to return to them. If I'd known they were from outside the U.S., I never would have made the purchases in the first place. I wonder if it would help to contact the places we originally saw their advertisements. If they're not allowed to advertise due to too many complaints, they're less able to scam people.
This company did the same thing to me. Their activities are clearly fraudulent. Why are companies like this allowed to continue scamming the public?
They did the EXACT same thing to me. Their webpage says “made in SC”. Yet when the dresses didn’t fit they offered me $18 refund. Then they said I would have to pay to ship the dresses to Dubai. Complete & total SCAM!
Totally agree. Terrible product. Then say you need to pay to mail it back to DUBAI! Offer $10 refund on $60 product! Say they’re in S Carolina on website. but they’re not They’re in Dubai. Do not buy from them!
