I ordered what I thought was a free bottle on 3/5/23 of these gummies. I accidentally ordered 3 bottles. I was then charged $198.78. I emailed the company and just asked for my money back as I can’t afford to lay pay that for what was supposed to be FREE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I got an email back from the domain saying my email couldn’t be delivered. I also didn’t receive a confirmation email just a receipt saying they charged me. I think this is a scam and I want my money back.
Desired outcome: I just want my money back
I placed an order back in March of this year and didn’t realize I had ordered 5 bottles. They charged me 198.00 for the bottles. I called them and was told to send back the bottles and they would give me my refund. They received it in April and to this day I have not received my refund of 173.78 plus the kept 25.00 for putting back the bottles in stock. I have kept calling and emailing them and all I get is an excuse. Who can I talk to so I can get my money back.
