Kitchen Faucet Kohler Mistos review: Store discount

Store in East Northport Store #1202 Commack NY displayed discount price of $85.04 of MISTOS - KOHLER Item : BarCode: [protected] Kitchen faucet. The store dose not have supply therefore yellow tag item but other Commack NY store #6167 had this item according to service person interlink device. So I went to get exact same item at other Commack NY store#6167 from #1202. Then I found item without no discount price and intended to purchase item with expectation that they honor #1202 price. The #6147 store manager told cashier that they do not accept other home depot location's discount price which I showed item price tag images on my device.

Would you please let me know that you are not honor any discount price of a competitor other than your own other homedepot store discount?

Is it correct that I shall assume all discount is all depend on each store manager's policy enforcement? thank you.
