Kip Network review: Online virtual training

Let me explain
Ok so this company advertises a trade school in Kansas City Missouri
They teach trades and the such, you know what I mean.

Ok, they also say they offer online (forklift certification)
I live in PA and they post on Facebook getting people to give up 100 dollars for an opportunity to get certified
After you give up the money, you are supposed to receive access to an online portal where you proceed to study and test for the certification
It never happened and I had to dispute the 100 with the bank it's all I could do and it's been several weeks since
