Kingyes review: Electric mattress pad

I ordered a king sized mattress pad from this company. When I got the item I did not notice that it was a queen size until i tried putting it on the bed. I wrote to them right away about how I could exchange the item for the right size and was asked for pitures. Because I opened the package they were unwilling to exchange it and offered me only 8 dollars for a refund. This item was just under $100. What am I supposed to do with this thing when it does not fit the bed?
