King Hickory review: Sofa

Purchased a couch from King Hickory beginning April. Firstly they advised the sofa would be ready in 9-11 weeks. I only got my sofa around Thanksgiving!

Then I only had the sofa for 4.5 months, where the back cushions kept slumping no matter how much I fluffed them up. This sofa was used only be me, and was not used daily. I laid a complaint to them about both the seating and back cushions giving way. They only approved for the back cushions to be replaced. I noticed the inner filling had separated and not even 2 days after the replacement, the new ones are also giving in! Asked for a refund, they just told me to arrange for collection but will NOT confirm the refund value! Why would I give you the couch back when I am struggling to get confirmation of refund in writing!? Stay away from Donald and King Hickory at Firnitureland South. They are non responsive and you have to chase weeks on end for any kind of response let alone resolution! Workmanship leaves much to be desired and matches their customer service.
