Kinetic Internet review: Rip off

We have had Kinetic internet for 8 years. By far it is the worst internet we have ever had! This is a list of companies we have used in the past just to prove we have experience with other providers, Frontier, Cox, Comcast and Xfinity, We currently pay just around $70 dollars for no more than 5mbps, In the beginning we almost had 19mbps which has steadily gone down in speed every year, See photo attached, this is what we get on a good day now. I would say we lose internet 5 to 6 times a month and probably have to reboot our router once a week.We have Techs come out numerous times to try to fix our issues.Most of the techs are nice and honest. Several have told us that the lines in our area are so old that they are cracked and damaged and should be replaced, They have also said the lines are so spliced together That that is the reason when it rains or the the wind blows we lose service. Customer service is absolutely no help and you cant even get a hold of them on the weekends. Finlay having had enough we are switching to Starlink. It is more expensive but I have talked to several neighbors that have made the switch and said the service is fantastic and it was the best thing they have done. Good riddance Kinetic! I would highly recommend staying away from Kinetic at all costs!
