I ordered 5 plants in a basket to be delivered to a friend that was in the hospital. I paid an additional 19.99 for the premium basket. The plant that arrived did not even closely resemble the one online and did not reflect a premium product. It looked like an inexperienced individual threw the basket together and delivered it. I emailed two requests for a replacement and left my phone number via voicemail. There was no response to any of efforts to reach this organization.
