2020Keystone Montana VIN 4YDF33129LA740306. Large cargo door hinge failed, could not close the door. Case # 5943206. Received hinges from Lippert, they were not the right size. Told the hinges would work on new door from new company named Challenger. They needed tag or sticker on door for part number. Doors don't have either. Without part number, no help. I gave Lippert the dimensions of the door so Challenger could make me a new door. Nothing happening. Camping World of Valdosta GA is trying to help, no success.

Hello! Have you received my complaint/concern? I have not received a reply. Received an email from Lippert on 6 Oct 2025. "Hello Ross, Have you tried reaching out to your coach builder for a part number for the door, they will need your VIN, we are unable to look up their records, without specific door information we cannot build a door. If we are unable to get door information then a custom door will need built and this can only be done through a dealer who can fill out our spec sheet". As the builder of this RV, can you please help me? I really need a Part Number for the Large Cargo Door. A response would be appreciated.
