The relative complaint is due to him allowing others people and even animals to bother and Companies who lose Government information I legally allowed him to secure while this neighbor issue was from not being able to file citizen Complaint. It started from the community giving him power to explain bike theft

Several family members allowing Kevin Smith to threaten me on 9/29/2014 at 10:17 am. Lied and tried to mentally abuse me as a nephew for 15 years. Reported him to every law in Jefferson County and he keeps getting away with car wrecking people being threatening also this Uncle blackmailed all my property Cars Ford Mustangs and even allowed his employee Reggie tall light skin his age group to bother me and they both help the Byrd Family steal from me some more.
