I ordered from this company and received the merchandise. However when I tried to return the product the after using the first bottle I was told to continue using a second bottle and if still not satisfied after that to contact them for a refund/return instructions. This occurred on October 5,2022;. A second shipment arrived the beginning of November and I was told that this was an automatic shipment. I cancelled the subscription immediately and again requested to return the unused product this time I was told that it couldn't be returned until 60 days which would be 12/5/22. Again I contacted the company on 12.5.22 and was told that it needed to be 90 days. Since that time I have not received any further communication. I have not been able to reach their company or customer service by email or telephone. Each time I call the number I get a recording saying that they are closed and to call between 9 am and 7 pm EST, they are in MTS and my calls have been made well within the timeframe. I have also notified my credit card company.
