This company advertises a package for $30 something dollars. You think you are checking out and then another window pops up with a 'recommended' additional product. No where on that window does it ask you to accept the 'recommended additional product, so you just click on the big green CHECKOUT button.
When I saw an large charge on my credit card app, I called within a hour or two. The 'customer service' representative claimed that should could not cancel the order because the product was already 'in route'. This was a Saturday afternoon and approx 1.5 hours after the order was placed. I then noticed on Facebook that this company
ROUTINELY adds on the extra 'recommended' product WITHOUT notification and adds the charge to what you had originally agreed to.

I am hoping that my credit card company will refund the charge.

They did the same thing to me. I cancelled the order 2 minutes after ordering it and they said they couldnt cancel orders that go to processing dept. I ordered one bottle and they sent me 7, and charged me $200. I returned it in the same package they sent it in unooened, and now will not return my money saying it needs an RMA code. THEY GOT THEIR PRODUCT BACK! For what? To resell it and do this to the next person?
