On sept/20/2020, i francisco moreno, got into accident in the city of fontana, pepes towing ,tow my car, few days later i wend to pepes towing office, i ask how much is for take my car out they told me $975,dollars. I call my lawyer ms jimenez, told me that my car was total loos, week later, i wend back to pepes towing, lady in the office told me that my car was taking out from the tow yard for investigation. I ask her ,who took my car out, she said ask your lawyer i call ms,jimenez, i ask her if she took my car out of pepes towing yard. She said no we dont took your car, she told me that she going to call pepes towing company, i call kemper insurance company, i ask them why they took my car for investigation, the lady there told me that she going to see was going on, to call back tomorro, ms jimenez,my lawyer call me and told me that pepes towing, told that my car was not there, kemper insurance company, told me that my car was no where to be found,also that my car was total loos anyway, i told them , the i want my car back ,i dont care how mess up look like, i want my car, kemper insurance, pay me $ 1700 dollars, on 08/19/ 2022, i recived a letter from the tool roads, that my car toyota,sion license#8jnh544 drove the tool road not one time few times. This mean my car still active.

Kemper insurance company, give me false information that ,my car was "total loos" kemper insurance ,took out my car from pepes tow yard, and sale my car to someone else, now this person driving my car whit my name my registration, my insurance papers,everrything under my name

i belive kemper insurance,and pepes towing company, they taking people cars and sale the cars to other person to make more profer, behind customers, kemper insurance company. Are responsible for this wrong actionand false testimony and stiling this car and personal identification from customer. Kemper insurance, you are responsible for me suffering of mental stresing, confucion,emotionalsuffering, kemper insurance, you need to get my car soon as posible, before this person do something wrose or commited a crime, kemper you are responsible.
