I came to customer service counter to register for my Persona issues :
i) Engine top Gasket already worn out and need to be replaced and
ii) Front wheel break shoes too.
Over the counter, I was told by the registration officer that they won't accept any spare part which is NOT purchased from their own stock, and the officer refused to do registration for my Persona, Even though I bought the ori parts from a car spare part shop out there, and I willing to pay for Labour charges accordingly.
I demand to speak to Branch Manager to resolve this issue, but he/she is NOT in the office yet at times 8:50 am
Later, upon my compromizing, they found dont even have stock in store neither! and yet, the officer refused to do registration for me.
Finally I left the centre with full disappointment! I feel like wasting of times at being here! I believe this branch don't even practice the s.o. p at all.
After decades, Proton seems never improve.
Was the proton doomed?

Desired outcome: This Centre must review its s.o.p from registration till delivery vehicle to customer . Cut down unnecessary face off with customer and build up its service oriented imej.
1) Make sure of stocks are always available at all times. check daily. 2) Regardless ori or not, customer has the right to install. always willing to help in install, then proton can identified the items in the bill. But NOT argue with customer 3) The branch manager should always around the centre too, always prepared to meet customer, BUT NOT MISSING ! 4) To have customer survey / feedback form at all counters, at all times.
