I've been without power since Friday January 11, 2019. I have advised KCPL that the meter had been ripped away from my home and I have power lines down in the back yard. They advised me to get an electrician. I did however, the KCPL still had yet to come and take the clamps off the meter box so the electrician can do his job! Now we have another storm coming January 16, 2019. I'm still without power! This is such a disservice! Customer service is terrible and so are the supervisors!
None my complaint has not been resolved!!!
