I took my watch in to my local kays store, to get a battery replaced in my Mavado Vizio, as I was observing the lady that was working on my watch, I noticed her banging on my watch with a small Screwdriver and hammer which she was trying to Chisel the back off, after not having any luck she tried a Razor blade to try to pry the back off, not having any success the lady gave me the watch back and a Business card to a jewelry repair shop and told me that this shop could replace the battery, Once I took possession of my watch, I noticed teeth marks on the back and the side of my watch from the screwdriver in which she used, I did not pay $2500 for my watch to have one of your employees miss treat and damage it like it's a cheap one, if the lady didn't know how to take the back off, she should have said so and I would have took my watch somewhere else, that being said, how is this matter got to get resolved in regards to my watch being damaged
