Karma Games review: Using robots to steal back chips purchased

I have played with the site robots after I purchased and yes the robots won back what I purchased, I sent pokerist support team the photo evidence of there bots which have zero highest win zero games played and have chips ranging from 5m-120m, pokerist so called support team denied this even thou I sent them photo evidence they reply was all players are real players we don't use bots in any of our applications which is a complete lie they have been robbing players that have purchased so the players purchase again, I asked for a link for there complaints department they just ignored the message, there is also a Facebook page a player actually playing with the bots and step to step guide how bots play, I have sent several screenshots as prove they do use bots.
