Excelent customer service from Angelo M. Real nice, down to earth guy- no “used” car Sale’s man as everyone would think of when going to purchase a preowned vehicle. Angelo was approachable, easy to talk to, family oriented and #1, he isn’t bias because I’m a female shopping for car- he was neutral and never assumed that I know nothing about car buying and no judgement. Just a friendly guy helping someone look and answer questions when they asked him. He’s not a “know it all”, honest when he doesn’t know and option to find out together. I really like this guy. I don’t speak the same for anyone in this industry. Always had bad or not very relaxed or no pressure feeling when shopping for a vehicle however, felt very comfortable drove away happy with this purchase! The day we bought the car, they didn't tell us they had it detailed. But when they handed it over to me, it was so dirty inside and out, and it had a stinky smell. I was surprised that the gas tank wasn't full either, which all dealers do, even if it's a certified pre-owned car. The owner got sarcastic when we posted our reviews on ***. The next day, the left bulb was busted, and they didn't want to replace it, so we ended up going to Lexus to get it repaired.

Me and my boyfriend, we tried out a 2010 Buick Enclave cxl. When we turned left or right, the steering wheel wouldn't complete the turn or it would stop. We told Al about it, but he said not to worry, they would take care of it. So, we checked the vehicle and the Carfax ad, and I bought it. They said I could have the option to return it, but I didn't go for it (only 2 days to decide). Before we left, Al said if the Carfax Advantage program didn't match the ad, they would buy the car back, not Kareem. He also said I could bring it in to get it checked. In the first 2.5 weeks, we noticed we were always at the gas station. I started keeping track of the mileage and it was only 2.3 mpg in the city, up to 13.3, and never higher than 15.5. I should be getting 17-24 mpg. I talked to Dee, the manager, and he said the steering wheel issue wasn't covered by the 30-day powertrain warranty, but he would have his mechanic look at it for the low mpg and the advantage. I went to Kareem's mechanic, but they couldn't find the issue and recommended going to the GM dealership. The manager, Moo, refused to send my car to the dealership and said he couldn't guarantee the mpg. I asked for the Carfax Advantage preparation, but he said I denied those services in writing. I feel like this business is just going around in circles.
