Karate America World HQTRS review: Cancellation of membership

My daughter as interested in karate back in 2018, so I went to Karate America World location in Cooper City, Fl. I paid for the uniform and she attended two classes, but I surrendered an injury in couldn't take my daughter to karate. As a result, I contact the location and spoke to two personnel and they said to send an email to they email explaining my I needed to cancel membership, which I did. Nevertheless, I thought I was taking care of, but to my surprise it has appear on my report as a debt for $2,165. That whole organization is a scam. Not mentioned, I initially paid $150 for uniform and two classes. Explain to me how did make logical sense. I would this to me resolve as soon as possible.
