Kaiser Garage Doors and Gates review: Garage door

I bought my house in January 1023. Since I moved in, the garage door has never worked properly. I had the garage door company, Kaiser, out three times this year because it sounds like a car crash every time I open or close it. They have yet to fix it. The door itself is in tact and in perfect condition. It is the track that is messed up. The wheels squeak and squeal loudly and do not put the garage door down evenly. I can see the light coming through the bottom of the right side of the garage and if it rains, there is water puddled on the garage floor. The repairman they sent out wasn't able to fix the problem. He said he would hang weighs on the inside of the door to help it not squeak for cash. I thought that was odd. I am requesting that KB find a different company to fix and/or repair this problem. I went to a few neighbors and listened to their garage doors lift and close and they are almost silent. David, knows about this. He has called them to come out and they do but, they never fix it .I suggest you find someone who knows what they are doing as my neighbors are having similar garage door problems.
