JustFashionNow Review: Mixed Experience with Cute Styles and Frustrating Website
I gotta say, my experience with JustFashionNow was a bit of a mixed bag. I ordered this cute little top that looked perfect for summer, but when it arrived, it was not what I expected. The fabric was supposed to be a light-weight cotton blend, but it felt more like 100% polyester and definitely not breathable. Not exactly what you want for hot weather, you know? And to make matters worse, returns are not allowed and the shipping fees are pretty steep. I mean, I usually get free deliveries from Canada Post, so I'm guessing the fee is because it's coming all the way from China.
Now, I'm not one to give up easily, so I decided to give JustFashionNow another shot. I wanted to order something else, but this time I wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting. So, I tried to check out the fabric specs on the website, but the page was vibrating like crazy! I mean, come on, guys. I get that you have low prices and fun styles, but this is just ridiculous. I had to strain my eyes to read the jiggling text, and I almost gave up. If this had been my first time on the site, I definitely wouldn't have come back.
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the flash sales and all, but why make it so hard for paying customers to get the information they need? I mean, we're not a bunch of kids here. I hope JustFashionNow can find a better way to get attention without resorting to these annoying tactics. I mean, I was able to read the specs at other times, so what's the deal?
All in all, I'm still willing to give JustFashionNow another chance. The prices are good and the styles are cute, but they really need to work on their website and make sure their products are accurately described.
Unreliable Website: Cheap Clothes, False Advertising, and No Returns
This website is not good, man! I ordered a bunch of clothes and when they finally came, like a month and a half later, they were not what I expected. The clothes looked cheap and not like the pictures on the website. The colors were different, the buttons were different, and one shirt was even a different style than what I ordered. Instead of a full button front, it was a Henley. What the heck, man?
The worst part was the fabric. They said it was a "cotton blend" but it felt like some kind of weird plastic or polyester. It was stiff and uncomfortable. I checked the label and it said "cotton blend" but I don't believe it. There was no cotton in that fabric, I'm telling you.
If you want to return something, you better read the return policy carefully. They don't accept returns for final sale items and if you want to return something for any other reason, you have to send it back to China. Not Canada, where it was sent from. That's crazy, man! The cheapest way I found to send it back was $104. That's a lot of money just to return some crappy clothes.
They offered me a 15% return if the clothes didn't fit or if they sent the wrong size or color. But I didn't take it because I knew I wouldn't be able to sell this stuff even at Goodwill. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Thank goodness for their buyer protection policy!
Don't shop on this website, man. It's not legit.
JustFashionNow Review: Terrible Quality, Scammy Return Policy, and Annoying Spam Emails
I gotta say, I had a really bad experience with JustFashionNow. I ordered some clothes and when they arrived, they were just terrible quality. They looked nothing like the pictures and were falling apart at the seams. When I tried to return them, I found out that I had to ship them all the way back to China, which was gonna cost more than the clothes themselves! And get this - the seller offered me a measly 15% refund instead of actually taking the clothes back. It's pretty clear to me that they're just trying to scam people. They probably only spent a tiny fraction of the sale price to make the clothes, so they're making a huge profit off of people's disappointment. I had to give them one star, but honestly, they deserve negative five stars. And don't even get me started on their spam emails - I swear, as soon as I had issues with them, my inbox was flooded with even more junk. It's like they're trying to annoy me into buying more of their terrible products. I wish I had listened to my gut and stayed far away from this Chinese company pretending to be in North America. And if you're thinking of buying from them, take my advice and don't do it.

Problem returning product
On April 17th I attempted to return a product I had ordered from Just Fashion Now. I followed the instructions carefully. They said they would send me the return address within 48 hours. I have not received an email with the information. I only have 30 days to get the package back to wherever in china. But I do need them to tell me where to send it. I have emailed them several times and just receive more junk from them. Please help.

Return request not being processed
I ordered several items and decided I did not like the quality of the shoes I purchased. I requested a return by the only way you can EMAIL and have not received any response.
When I went back to the web site to check on the status of my return I see a return is in process with the following number 27D05H12M29S
It appears to be a countdown of time for the shoes to be returned. It also asks for a tracking Number and shipping company.
I have NEVER RECEIVED a email giving me instructions on where or how to return the shoes. How am I suppose to return something, when there is not an email in INBOX or SPAM/JUNK received by me, instructing me how to proceed with the return?
Would somebody please help. Also they state on their site that they have a live chat that is not true there is not a chat button available.
How the heck am I suppose to contact this company when the phone number you list is invalid, no chat button. I spent $128 at this company and so far not impressed and I'm afraid this is such a scam I will lose my money.

I got my order from you and you messed up my order. You got one thing right. I ordered a pair of red slip-on shoes size 9.
The size 9 is correct and what I ordered and I kept them. For reasons unknown, you took it upon yourself to send me another pair of the same shoe in a smaller size. I also ordered a satiny black pair of stretchy black pants. I ordered my size and your sizes are way, way off the norm. So they do not fit. I also ordered a white summer sleeveless shirt xxl. That should have fit me. It is so small my preteen niece can't even get it over her little head. Last but not least, I ordered a green leaf-patterned shirt, buttons on the side and again your sizes must fit only tiny gnomes, because I can't even get it over my head! I am requesting a return to you and a refund. I don't know your protocols, but most companies just send me a return label, usually UPS via email and then I take them to UPS and they send them back to you. If this is not your way, then please tell me how to send these items back to you ASAP. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I ordered a product from Just Fashion Now on 2nd Nov not realising until I received conformation of order that it was coming from China. I received the order today 17th Nov. Upon opening the product I was shocked to see it bore no resemblance to the product I ordered. It is a poor copy made with inferior material.
I contacted them immediately to request a returns form whereupon I was told I couldn't return it and get me money back because it was in a sale!

Back on Oct. 20th, 2022, I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Just Fashions Now which I never received. I emailed them and request that they look into what had happened to the delivery. The date of that email was Nov, 11th. 2022. Their reply, also dated Nov. 11th, 2022 inform me that I had to track the package through the U.S.P. S. tracking site. The date of that email is Nov. 11th, 2022. Now in a later email, I was informed that my package was returned to the sender on Oct. 31st. 2022. The date of that email was Dec, 5th, 2022. They also informed me of a mistake made by the gentleman that placed my order. He forgot to put in the mailing address of my apartment unit. I replied to that email I received and made the correction and requested that they make the correction for a new mailing sticker and resend the package. On Dec, 6th, 2022 they sent a response, stating that they would look into resending the package. Again, on Dec 6th, 2022 they sent another email reiterating the same statement of the incorrect mailing address. I had to tell them again that I had already sent in a correction on the mailing address. On Dec. 8th, 2022 I sent just fashions now an email informing them that I was canceling my order on the advice of my attorney. I also demanded a full refund. In their email dated, Dec, 9th, 2022, they made the statement that the package was not able to be delivered by the carrier due to the missing apt. unit and was now destroyed. Now I get an email from them on Dec. 12th, 2022 where they informed me that the parcel will be returned to the carrier, not to us. Now I find it odd that in their email dated Dec, 5th, 2022 they stated Now that my package was returned to the sender on Oct. 31st. 2022. The date of that email was Dec, 5th, 2022. The department of shipping and handling is the sender and is where the package is returned. In their email dated Dec, 9th, 2022, they refused to give a full refund. They only offered me a 40% refund on the items. To add insult to injury, On Jan. 2nd, 2023 Just Fashions Now sent me an email that lead me to believe that they had resent the package I could track the package with the same reference number and the same tracking number as was in the original. I waited the required 10 to 15 days for the package to be delivered with again no results. I went to my local postal annex and was informed that in order for them to have been able to resend the package they would have needed new tracking and reference numbers. With what I learned from my local annex, I wanted them to know that they were not dealing with just another sucker. o I used their last email to me and sent them an extensive email listing all their inconsistencies and contradictions. I do believe that I might have made them upset. So the emailed the same email I got on the second of January this morning.

No where on the site does it say it comes from China and returns have to go there. After filling out their forms for a return, I get an e-mail telling me that they have to go to China. They offered me 15% of my purchase price back. I've already lost the shipping charge I paid them, have an item I can't use and can't get a refund. I will never order from this company again.
I should have read the "reviews and complaints" about them before I ordered. I see where many others have complained. And those who tried to ship things back to China kept getting them back so lost all the money they paid for shipping to there.

I bought some trousers. I discovered they were very poor quality and sized wrongly when they arrived. x5 were meant to fit 16/18. They were more like a 14 !. Return authorization procedures for JustFashionNow
On my order which I received I found that the quality of the items is very bad. So I went online to find their phone number and/or address to return my items. They are the most unresponsive online sellers I have ever encountered. They state that they will respond in 48 hours with address for returns. I am still waiting. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Desired outcome: Just do what is right and provide with each order your return paperwork making it easy for customers to return items that do not fit or do not meet their expecations. This will make it easier for those who may want to buy from you again.
Merchandise not received/ no refund either
I messaged over 3 wks ago about 3 dresses not received or shipped. Orders were to be canceled, w money back, and 15% coupon.
Then I received email, HBCO3352078 now shipped. Deliver 8-24/8-30. Still not received, new deliver Sept 6. No mention 2nd order, no money back, or coupon.

Clothes are poor quality
I ordered 2 pants 5 shirts and the items I have received because after almost a month I've only received a few items are very poor quality and nothing like the pictures described. I am not paying to send these back so I am stuck with them. I just want to warn others to stay far far away and stop giving this shady company their hard earned money!

Don't believe them when they say returns are easy. They are not. You are responsible for shipping charges and custom charges back to China. If something doesn't fit, you're kind of stuck. They convince you to keep the products and they will refund 25-35% of your money, which amounts to practically nothing. All of their clothing is made of shiny polyester which is very hot in summer. I will not buy from these people ever again. If it says "Made in China" don't buy it.

On April 16, 2022, I paced a large order with JustFashonNow. 5 Sport Shirts and, 1 pair of white linen men's pants.
One of the sport shirts (sub order 9618366) has one short sleeve shorter than the other. I sent a picture of this to Just FashionNow. No reply.
The white linen men's pants were not received until late June 2022.
Desired outcome: A credit to my credit card used for $20.39 or a replacement of the defective shirt shipped to me immediately.

Nowhere on their website that I can find does it state that all returns have to be mailed to Hong Kong at the buyer's expense. My wife ordered several hundred dollars worth of clothes from them. She never got an email or any other confirmation of the purchase, so she ordered again thinking the first one didn't go through. Then the merchandise arrived: twice! We contacted them, but they refused to do anything about. it.
Desired outcome: A refund on all duplicate orders, and a pre-paid shipping label.
Returning items
I ordered 8 tops, it took over 12 weeks to receive all of them, 5 different shipments, I like my tops loose fitting so I ordered XL.. I can't wear any of them. Material is very cheap, poorly made and they were more like a size medium. Like many others, when I could finally get a response from someone, I was told they would offer a 15% cash back and I could keep the items, or go through the hassel of trying to get a return label from them, that would have to be sent to China and I would have to pay the postage and custom expenses. I am a senior and cannot afford to lose $119.38. They took my money on March 23, 2022, and I finally got the last item on June 30, and just got an answer from them on July 1. If you are not able to help me get my money returned, I am going to contact the BBB, local District Attorneys office, and the office for senior citizens that are being taken advantage of, and lastly my bank, I will stop payment on this purchase.

Trying to get a refund on clothing that I do not want!!
I am in shock about an order that I placed (all of which has not even arrived after placing the order on April14th, 2022) when I thought I was dealing with a company in China that has a place of business in the US. I was sent through all sorts of hurdles and threats implying that if I didn't return the items to China I would get nothing back and don't try and send the items to the American address on the package. Then comes the offer of 15% back on the product that I merely looked at and was certain that I did not want the items. I received the package on May 4th. Order # is HBC03166320. They state that they do not have a phone number, so there's no one to talk with. They stated that I probably will have to pay an import fee (if it gets there before the return policy allows). The total was $114.76 and I don't even know when the other two dresses will arrive. This company should not be allowed to do business in the US. Full disclosure should be up front. They take your money, don't explain how long it will take for you to get the items, no US returns, ship to China, and then let you leave "chat" messages. Wrong on so many fronts.
Desired outcome: Simple. I want my money back and I will be glad to send these items back to an address in the US.

7 December 2021 I ordered "holiday" wear. with discounts, i paid less than $75.00. the items were described as "cotton" and "linen". Items were delayed and when inquired - they were shipping from China. I did not know they were coming from China or I never would have ordered. I tried to cancel - they assured me items had already shipped. I received two deliveries. After Christmas and New Year's Eve. All items were polyester and oversized. I requested a return authorization - for the address on the label which was Los Angeles CA (not China!). I was offered 15% to keep it and not return it. I requested the return authorization again. I was offered 25%, i requested 50% and I would donate the items to a shelter and they said they could not go over 35% and it had to be returned to China. the cost for return was $119 - $200. I paid $75.00.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back ad to return the items.
