JustFab unauthorized charges

In January 2018 I bought shoes from justfab.com website.
They asked to become a Vip member to have a discount. So I did.
But it wasn´t clear at the website that I was making a monthly subscription. Since then, they´ve been charging $39.95 to my account.
As my account is a joint account, my husband usually controls it. He didn´t notice those charges, he thought it was something that I really bought.
Yesterday my husband computer wasn´t working so I checked the account my self and noticed a charge from Justfab in April. I didn´t buy anything from them since last year, so I kept looking and saw this recurring charge, EVERY month. And I never got any product from them.
I called them and cancelled subscription but they refuse to refund the money. They say that I accepted their terms, but I really didn´t, or at least it wasn't clear what I was accepting.
I want a refund of the amount of $559 that they took from me.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in order to complain about the poor service provided by your online store, justFab.dk.

Indeed, on the 09/10/2018 I ordered an item in your online store (JustFab.dk) and I did not untick the offer that permit to become a VIP member.
However, this offer was not obvious to notice and I have not, at any moments by mail or by any other means of contact, been informed of this registration. So I paid 46, 79 euros the 06/11/2018, 46, 76 euros the 07/12/2018 and 46, 74 euros the 07/01/2019, against my will as I did not know I was a VIP member.
Besides, you will notice that I have not ordered anything else since the 09/10/2018. It shows that I had no need to use this VIP offer.

Therefore, I would be grateful if you could give me a refund of my 140, 29 euros that have been taken from me. I trust you will understand my situation, I am a student and I can't afford this kind of service.

To whom it may concern.

I have ordered coat on the 23/10 after delivery time was normal but the coat turned up to be size xxl instead of xxs.
Even though it was inconvenience for me to returned with printing the label and waiting to be collected, I thought mistakes happens and was understanding about the whole issue.

Yesterday after a month from the initial order I received what I thought the xxs size coat. The coat I received was xxl!
I cannot understand why when I wanted to swap the coat for the size I ordered initially I received the same xxl size coat!

I think Just fab doesnt treat customers fairly and it's not being honest with them.

Probably did not have the size I ordered and decided to sent the large one in hope I will accept it, and just fab will make a sale anyway.

I do not appreciate the way I was treated. I would rather accept if I was told that this coat in xxs is not available and I wouldn't wasted my time.

I understand mistakes happens - but the same mistake twice!- it's just pure ignorance and telling the customer that you don't care.

JustFab shoes

Extremely poor service, tricks you into a VIP membership. They refuse to refund even though it is not clear on their website that you will be charged £35 a month. One big scam. I called up them twice just to be hung up on, took ages for anyone to listen to my concerns. Kept refusing to stop my membership saying it was my fault I signed up, it was not in any small print or on the website that I would be charged!

JustFab shoes

I'm very unhappy about the service at just fab. I had a problem before with an order I had placed so they gave me credit in my account as refund on my first order. I have a wedding to go to so I wanted some new sandles. So I placed an order on the 25th July (the wedding is on the 18th August so plenty of time) weeks go by and I still haven't received my shoes. Then yesterday the 15th August I get an email saying the item has been returned and I'm getting a refund. So I called JustFab and they claimed nobody was home when they tried to deliver it 3 times. I live in a pub that opens at 8am and closed at midnight. So there is always someone available to receive packages. I'm guessing they didn't try. They wanted to give me credit again but I asked them what the point was if I don't receive the item? They agreed a bank refund but I'm still stuck the day before I need to travel to the wedding without shoes. I think this is appalling. Please advice what can be done about this.

JustFab representative/charges

I have not had a Justfab membership since January 2018 when i was charges $39.95 back then and told them to cancel me. I have not created a login and I have not made ANY purchases since then. All the sudden in July and then again in August i start seeing charges of $39.95 each month out of no where. Again i have not purchased anything or done anything with justfab. So i call and speak to Laura who is right away she is doing the bare minimum and unhelpful. I tell her i used to have an account in January and i cancelled it and everything has been fine with no charges since then and all the sudden in July and again in August i get charged two $39.95 fees. And all Laura said to me was that maybe if i didnt created a multiple account i wouldnt be charged. Again i told her i never created multiple accounts and that atill doesnt explain how i have had an acct cancelled since January with Justfab and on THAT same acct i get charged 7 months later. So because she wouldnt belp me and kept lecturing me i told her to get me a supervisoe. After her cutting me off when i was talking and making me wait 20 minutes for a supeevisor and her placing me on hold and coming back on the line saying nothing, and me talking saying hello and her not anwsering she finally asks if im still on the line and she has supervisor Chan on the line. I told him what happened and all i want to know is that my account has been cancelled and my card information removed from their system and my money refunded. I also want to know why i start grtting charged 7 months later so i can make sure it doesnt happen again and he tells me i had created a justfab account back in 2016 and then created one in jan 2018 - i told him i dont remember that but if i did its because i forgot i had an acct since it was TWO years later! And what does that have to do with randomly out of the blue getting charged 2 charges in July. Even he confirmed the account was created in Jan 2018 and no purchases had ever been made on it and i had not ever logged in or "skipped" any months yet i was charged and he just kept it sounded like trying find a reason to tell me why they were right and it made absolutely no sense. Instead of just apologizing and telling me that they cancelled and refunded everything and he apologizes for the inconvinence he tells me nothing of the sort and then tells me im blacklisted from Justfab because i made two accounta and they dont allow that. Are you serious?! I dont even care because i will NEVER order from Justfab again based soley on these 2 reps and these charges but to be so rude? I cannot believe. I am in complete utter shock. These reps need some coaching in customer service.

JustFab just fab

Hi I have a 3 credit unit worth £105.00 which I don't really need to use as has no need to shop for anything at the moment. I feel like I would like to look for something just for the sake of spending it. But I would rather have the money back to spend on important things such as basic necessities in our household. I must admit in the beginning I forgot to skip the month until this credit built up to £105 value. Could you help me please in desperation to sort this for me as I'd rather have the money value than clothes and shoe and accessory shopping. Thank you so much. I would really appreciate your help in this dire need.

JustFab emails

I have unsubscribed several times and emailed to say I am not a customer so stop sending me newsletters. I'm still getting them! I've now taken screenshots of the unsubscribe process and where it asks you to click the unsubscribe button the writing is very pale and hard to read. When I clock on it the process just keeps repeating and nothing to say you've unsubscribed.

JustFab your shipping department screwed up

I changed my shipping address in the beginning of the week. I also called, and emailed your company multiple times. Before deciding to order this month. I had been skipping the last 3 months because of a previous issue... And now your company sent out my 2 orders today, 1 package going to my new address, and your company sent my second package to my old house, in another state... So I just called customers support, the staff member was completely rude, and told meit was my issue, and thati had to call fedex, and track my package down... Im sorry but your company screwed up... Not me. If this isnt resolved and mypackage not found and shipped to me. Youcan cancel both my orders, and I will never purchase from you again. This shouldnt have happened. Or made to be my problem. Thats the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. And I feel highly disrespected...

JustFab complaining about the tv advert

Every time i watch my music channel the really annoying advert comes on & puts me off watching that certain channel.

The woman screaming 3 times on the advert is very disturbing and really gets me frustrated.

It actually stresses me out and even upsets my new foster dog.

Can you please get rid of that advert and find a better way of advertising your shoes. I beleive this advert puts alot of people off like myself.

JustFab scam overcharged

Yes this has been happening to me for a year now i've been getting charged $40 every month faithfully and didn't notice until I went to see my account activity and I just called the company and they kept trying to tell me that I had options, could buy stuff, it was savings in the long run etc & kept cutting me off when I was speaking until I went off and started getting angrier and louder and told them "you are stealing myyy money from my bank account! Not only that but I never authorized to buy anything, or $40 to be charged every single month when i'm not receiving anything or purchasing anything!"😡then he cut me off again and said um but it's like you're saving because you have a choice... So I told them again "I didn't have a choice if I was being charged for over a year without my consent, I want my money back now!"😠 so I spoke with them and my bank and now I have to wait for the refund to come in or my bank will go after the company.

JustFab still awaiting delivery

Ordered flutter dress on 18)3/18 no delivery received no response from previous enquiries even filled in feedback form still waiting please cancel account and send me cheque for £35 plus compensation for terrible customer service.

It is ridiculous that complaint needs to be a certain amount of characters before it will be answered. please respond to allow me to go to ombudsman.

JustFab refund the credits that I never used

I'm complaining about I was discounted of my card 3 months of vip membership (I didn't know about that when I bought a boot) I never used that credit than I cancel the membership and I want to refund in my card. I tried to speak with them by cellphone I didn't get, I send a message and they don't asking me. I don't want credits in that site because I will never more byu something there

JustFab direct debit going through my card without my permission.

I purchased some shoes from yourselves last summer for which I paid the £35.00 charge on my M/S credit card. I have never placed another since yet you are deducting a direct debit of £35.00 at the beginning of each month which looks like to August last year. M&S have stopped it after February but this would represent a total of some £245.00 for goods I have never ordered or received. Furthermore I would like to know where you got the instructions to do this as I have never in my life authorized a direct debit on a cred card.
Furthermore I hope you take into account that I have been paying interest on this.
I have moved house and the move itself was chaotic and I am sure this is the reason I did not notice it.
I purchased these goods for my granddaughter who was delighted button the basis of this I will not be purchasing any more goods from yourselves. This has actually been reported tyo M% as a fraud/ new address is 14 Whitehill Crescenr Carluke ML8 5DU.

JustFab cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my account with Just Fab for some time. I emailed them and they advised to call or web chat. I tried to web chat for 3 days and system was down. Eventually got through to someone called Hannah who asked if I would like to remain with them for clothes etc as I have enough shoes. I said no thanks and thx chat finished with no outcome. I have £20 credit. Thanks

hi my name is veena i m member of just fab from last month i ordered i pair shoes from them last month, i got 75 percent discount from them but they took money on 7th of november from my account £35 from without inform me they did not ask me why they taking money from me please help me i want my money back and want cancel my account from them thanks i registered my phone number too but i did not get any messages and not any notification from them i think they are fraud ... i saw many nagetive reviews from many customers they took money from many people same like me, , , please give my money back

I do online shopping very often and this had never happened to me before!

I had ordered a pair of shoes this summer. It was supposed to be 80kroner as there was a sale and it was my first order. Anyway, in 09.08.2017 I ended up paying DKK 349, 00 to JustFab Ltd, London. That's okay. I will take that. Even though it is not what said the cost was, I will take that.

BUT!

Then another 349kroner was withdrawn on 11.09.2017 again to JustFab Ltd, London,
and then another 349kroner was withdrawn on 11.10.2017, again Nota nr. 90118 JustFab Ltd, London.

WHAT IS GOING ON?

those shoes were supposed cost me tops 350 kroner, say I misunderstood, there was no sale or anything. Yet, I ended up paying 3x349kroner. And I am hoping that this is the last time!

Just had an online chat talk with Max from JustFab London, he says that my account is under JustFab Sweden. Alright. then I just sent them an email. Let's see whast up.

I am really looking forward to hear what the heck is going on.

JustFab their entire website/vip program

Around 3 years ago, I signed up at JustFab for a single pair of shoes (with their -% off for signing up) and never planned on buying anything from there again. I honestly planned on buying the -% off pair of shoes and then closing my account. Ha! Not possible. Upon sign-up, you're automatically put into the VIP program. And, your credit card/debit card/PayPal is automatically billed every single month unless you make a purcahse, or select the option to Skip This Month. You have to keep this up every.. single.. month... Also, you can't contact them like every other website allows you to. You /must/ call them (If you have anxiety with phone calls? too bad, no way to close your account or sort out any issues unless you call, but even then, calling doesn't seem to fix anything. Read on.).

The real problem? Their staff doesn't listen to customer complaints and refuses to close your account. I called twice to explain this to them, that I never wanted to be a part of their VIP program, that I never planned on buying anything else, and that I was tired of having to remember to sign in and click Skip This Month every 30 days. It was stressing me out and triggering anxiety. I was one day late the one month, and they instantly charged my account for $45, and it overdrew my bank account, and I was then given two NSF charges, putting me in the negative by almost $100. I contacted JustFab /again/ and explained this and demanded they close my account. The woman I spoke to denied that they charged my account and said this wasn't their fault, and she refused to close my account and instead gave me a $10 in-store credit and then immediately hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking. :| Word for word, "Okay, I'll give you $10 credit instead, okay? Okay! Byyyye! Bye, sweetie!" and, dead line. Because that's professional and responsible, right?

A couple months later, I was telling a family member about this and they called on behalf of me. She argued with two people from JustFab for a full hour and repeated themselves about this issue several times and she had to threaten to call the police on them for this, before they finally listened, and closed my account. (I was never reimbursed for the money they auto-charged from my account, nor did they do anything about the NSF charge they caused me to get... instead, my bank closed my account ((and for whatever reason, I never had to pay the overdraft fee.)))

They may have some nice shoes and whatnot but it is nootttt worth the hassle and ignorance and poor communication as well as lack of responsibility. Or the loss of money. Go somewhere that /doesn't/ keep things from you in the Terms of Service agreement or that /doesn't/ steal money from you if you forget to "skip the month" and then denies they took it. Other places have cheaper, nicer stuff anyway. ;)

JustFab justfab are cheaters and thieves!

I bought some heels for my girlfriend as a present and had the worst time ever! After I paid for my order Justfab deducted another amount from my account and that was made without my permission!
I contacted them right away and they said that was a membership fee! No words can describe how angry I was. I had never agreed to anything, but they automatically signed me up only because I bought something from them!
I demanded my money back and their rep said that was impossible.
I can't recommend this company after what they have done to me, they literally stole from me! Never buy from them, don't give them your card details.
Heels were nice, but that didn't change anything. Justfab are cheaters and thieves.
