I lodged a maintenance issue with reference number MR4441 on 23 September 2025. Today is 29 September 2025 and I have not received any response. 48 hours has passed and I have to constantly monitor a bucket for a leaking tap daily. The contact lady is Miekie Ruiters in the Kariega aOffice. I sent a whatsap message to follow-up and there is no response whatsover. I haved been unhappy with the attitude of the maintenance person who is also her boyfriend because he is very rude. At this point I honestly cannot wait to exit this contract, it is emotionally draining dealing with this agent and her boyfriend.

Claimed loss: significant inconvenience.

Desired outcome: Being treated with respect and for my maintenance issued to be solved timeously
