Just Cuts FranchisingMost Unprofessional Left me in tears!

I went to Just Cuts a few days ago for a TRIM, and the lady agreed to trim only an inch off. Well low and behold, she cut off 5 inches and as soon as she had done this quickly took off! When she finally returned I told her she had cut off more than I had asked, and she said, No! your hairs still long!. I was in shock and didnt know what to say, so I paid for it and left. When i got home I noticed my hair definalty was shorter and looked terrible. I phoned the shop and told the manaher what happened and didnt even get my money back . I am hurt because its taken me 12 long months to trim and grow my hair, and this evil hairdressor sniped it off in a second! I dont know what could be worse, I would rather have not gone there, and i will never go there again!

    Awful hair cut, I had extremely long hair that has taken me years to grow out. I showed the hair dresser how much I wanted cut off, she cut that much and then to 'clean up' cut way more than anticipated. It is boxy and looks disgusting and I was left in tears. NEVER GO THERE.

    My name is Anne and I put a complaint on this website. The complaint was about justcuts at Glendale. I sent photos of my son's haircut to the manager of the store. The manager called me while she was off duty. The manager saw the photos and has agreed to rectify my son's haircut. The manager was professional and has insisted on dealing with the staff member and rep air my son's haircut.

    I am happy with the response I received from the manager. She was excellent.

    I took my 10 year old son to justcuts at the Glendale store in Newcastle. My son showed the girl a picture of the haircut he wanted. We explained that his fringe was to stay long. The girl was young with long blonde wavy hair. When I challenged her about the chunk she cut out of his fringe she said that's the way it blends in. I told her It was not the way we asked for it and she still tried to push her point of blended hair. The fringe has a definite gap where the hair should have been. I walked out angry and then I went back and explained to her that people need to get what they ask for. Only when i told her how upset i was about her error did she say she was sorry. II know It I only hair but what happened to customers being listened to. I will not go there again.

    Same thing happen to me. Worst haircut ever. I am not a fussy person. But I haven't stopped crying-I look terrible. How hard is it just to give me a trim when I ask for a trim.. My hair is mullet like as well. Which makes it worse!!!
