JRCL Steel Pvt Ltd review: Regarding windshield fixing in Fortuner

This is to bring in your notice that we have send our TOYOTA FORTUNER HR06ad-0061 in GLOBE TOYOTA PANIPAT for change of front wind shield on
5th of July 2021 and they returned the car on 6th July. they change the glass under insurance but work done was so poor that rubber bidding of glass was not properly fixed however we send the vehicle again and they fix it again.
after that I went to Agra with my family and on the highway bidding of glass again come out and started to make noise. I stop the vehicle and checked and found the rubble from glass was not fixed properly and it come out on high speed. it could cause a serious accident of not stopped on time.
we seriously not believed that company like TOYOTA can do such a big mistake and can play with life of customers. This kind of negligence cant be accepted which can life of customer in danger.
Today I sent the vehicle again to GLOBE TOTOTA PANIPAT for repairing of problem and can highlight this event to at least my friends and family so that they wont invest in toyota again.
