I had a leaky roof and contacted JOSKO LLC on 7/12. They finally set an appointment on 8/19, but they didn't show up. After a few calls, they came out on 8/25 and took pictures of the issue. They charged me $1,475 on 8/26, in addition to the payment from *** for the repair. On 10/19, they came to start repairs but didn't have the materials they needed. They came back to finish the job, but the metal flashing they put up across the front of the house didn't match the rest of the roof. They also didn't use the tiles they said they needed and didn't have on their last visit. They put up a blue tarp over the leak. On 10/22, I noticed that the inside drywall repair started to discolor (rust color) and the outside didn't match. Mario agreed that it was not up to their work standards and said he would come back out. On 11/24, they came back out and checked the inside but didn't see any mold or reason for discoloration. They put up new drywall and repainted. I called them a few days before Christmas to report that it was leaking again, but there was no rush to deal with it over the holidays. In January, I called again for a resolution, but they said the job was complete up to their satisfaction and wouldn't come back out. In February, I asked for a full refund or for them to fix the work they did as the job was never completed successfully. I also reached out to ***, but they said it was after 60 days, so they wouldn't come back out without additional payment.
