Jose Ruiz review: Contractor abandon job site and did not clean site before leaving

Contractor in a contract was hired to do jobs and tasks. The adhere contractor Jose Ruz got paid 4,000 dollars cash. Contract was signed on 12/11/2022 making it binding between both parties. Contractor refused to up date contract and keep asking for cash on two separate occasions. When the homeowner provided cashiers check the contractor said he never asked for money then refused to take check. Items were also damaged never paid for such as a scratch down a 1946 coke machine and a broken bed. The adhere contractor left a hole in winter for window placement in -20 temperatures. The adhere contractor when told by home owner to get window replacement the contractor attempted to charge homeowner for his mistake. When window was placed it has a small crack in it. However, contractor did not put another window in that was bought and in the basement. The contractor abandoned his job on [protected]. We are looking for full reimbursement for not having any rooms done on top of 4,000 dollars in damages and the cost to get all trash and debries removed. The total cost would be 8,000 dollars.
