I went in to the store Feb 11th and I was with 4 other guys to get fitted. It was a special for $200 or rental for $150.. I WAS CHARGED $343... And I told the guy I wanted to rent it and he said he would have someone call me. Well nobody called me. I called and someone name Summer called. I called twice since then and nobody called. I told them I want to rent from the beginning and its hard to get in contact with anyone. I didn't pick the suit up yet. I just wanted the rental. I'm a manager of a company with over 4oo employees just in one location. We are all about customer service. Not sure what I need to do. But I need the suit and I just want to rent it. Thank you.
